Company BackgroundEasyTrivia.com, Inc. is in the business of developing and
marketing a customized trivia software application. We are a venture-funded
company that has operating headquarters based in Bellingham, Washington.
Our parent company is Second Stage Ventures, Inc., which is a Nevada corporation and is currently listed on the OTC-BB as SSVT. Our parent company provided us with the financing to build our highly customized trivia engine. In July 2001 we hired Sage Internet Solutions, Ltd. of Victoria, BC to develop our website and software. The development was completed in March 2002 and we have since been actively pursuing companies interested in our software. We have been working hard for the past two years to put together the most complete trivia software on the Internet. We have gone through several stages to get to this point and we are convinced that this is honestly the best trivia software available. EasyTrivia is not a typical trivia game. Users can make mistakes by answering questions incorrectly and just as quickly they can erase those mistakes by answering a bonus question correctly.
