Banner Advertising:
In-Page
This form of advertising is still the most common advertising unit
on the Internet. Although it may only produce a 5% Click Through
Rate (CTR) it can be a great branding tool. We have banners on every
page on our website in both the public area and the members area.
Game Console
Along with in-page banner advertising we also offer banner advertising
within the game console. Since these ads will be placed within our
trivia game we don't anticipate that our users will click on the
ads. Since they won't be clicking the ads we offer a Cost Per Thousand
(CPM) program for companies looking for a great branding opportunity.
Ideally we would like to make use of banner rotation software so
that multiple ads can be displayed during the game.

Sponsored Game Advertising:
In an attempt to create a much more efficient form of advertising
EasyTrivia has developed what we call Sponsored Games. Basically
a Sponsored Game is a trivia game made up of questions based on
a sponsors website. We will create trivia questions based on information
found at the sponsors website and put these questions into one of
our 26-question nightly games.
We will then send out emails to our users informing them of who
the nightly sponsor is and a link to their website will be included.
Along with being featured in our email marketing we will also place
a 300x150 ad unit on our homepage and member homepage that links
to the sponsors website. It is then in our users best interest to
click on the sponsors link and read the information on their website.
Once our user has read the information they will then be prepared
to play and win EasyTrivia.
Currently our game sponsors links are producing a 38% CTR and we
anticipate that this will increase close to 60% CTR. This is a much
higher CTR than banner advertising can produce due to the context
of clicking the sponsors' link. Users have an incentive to visit
the sponsor so that they can have a head start on the competition.

Rich Media Flash Advertising:
The EasyTrivia Game Show takes approximately 15 minutes to play
and during this time our users are asked 26 trivia questions. After
every 5th question we decided to implement a commercial break as
a way to generate revenue and to give our users a break from the
competitive nature of the game. These commercial breaks that we
implemented were intended to offer sponsors access to a captive
audience. We believe that our users will be completely focused on
the game console waiting for the next question and they will undoubtedly
pay close attention to the commercial break.
These commercials that we offer are in the form a Macromedia Flash
movie. With a captive audience this advertising unit can become
very useful for any marketing campaign and can produce great results.
